- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan, utilizing various channels including social media platforms.
- Foster relationships within the university community and keep an eye on the competition.
- Plan and execute engaging leasing campaigns and promotional events on and off-campus.
- Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal to the highest standards.
- Conduct property tours and ensure prompt follow-ups with prospects.
- Facilitate lease closures and ensure accurate documentation.
- Utilize our Roommate Matching Profile effectively for optimal room assignments.
- Ensure accuracy in bonus programs and prepare reports as necessary.
- Foster a positive community environment for residents and staff alike.
- Uphold safety standards in line with company guidelines.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks as assigned.
