Role and Responsibilities:
- Show and lease apartments to interested parties.
- Process future resident applications, verifying income and rental history.
- Inspecting homes for move in ready conditions.
- Assist with rent collection and renewals.
- Marketing outreach.
- Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communication, etc.
- Various data entry.
Requirements
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus, but not required.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus, or obtained within six months.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable and insured transportation.
