Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
- Familiarity with property management software such as Rent Manager is a plus
- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members
- Understanding of fair housing regulations and legal administrative procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
