Career Strategies is hiring a Full-Time Re-Certification Specialist for a Tax Credit Apartment Community in the Seabrook, NJ area. Job Title: Re-Certification Specialist

Hours: Full-Time

Job Duties:

• Preparation and approval of initial and annual tenant income certifications
• Review of tenant files to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations
• Follow up with applicants to obtain required LIHC documentation
• Completing adhoc projects, as needed.

Requirements:

• Affordable Housing Experience is required.
• Tax Credit, Affordable Housing/Bond Paperwork or Section 8 Experience or Real Estate Knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
