Our company is looking for an Licensed Leasing Agent to continue to grow our 400 doors in the Eastern Iowa area! We are seeking an individual with a customer-centric approach to communication. The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize customer needs while communicating effectively with other departments, utilize critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills effectively, be extremely organized and always be available to answer questions. This position is full-time and offers competitive pay. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with tenants and maintenance staff regarding repairs/emergencies as needed
• Answer phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
• Keep detailed records of upcoming move-ins & move-outs
• Update and maintain marketing materials
• Handle all aspects of leasing a property including utilities numbers, city waiver programs, renter's insurance numbers, etc.
• Greet clients, answer questions, and schedule appointments
• Interact with tenants in a manner that reflects positively on the company
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Under 1 year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Waterloo, IA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
