Sales and Leasing Consultant (Marine Chevrolet)

Responsibilities : Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales processAssist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory informationEnhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lotAssist customers in the completion of their sales applicationsAssist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily, reporting any problems to managementAssist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

Requirements : Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutgoing and friendly, especially while handling objectionsQuality customer service skills and sales track recordStrong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phonePersuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales processProficient in basic business math including percentagesCapable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programsPersistent, competitive and good work ethicFocuses on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal salesAssist in cleaning and washing vehiclesPrevious experience in automotive sales preferredProfessional Business Dress AttireMust have a valid driver licenseSubmits and completes a successful background check and pre-employment drug screen
