Leasing Manager supervises a team of leasing consultants to ensure maximum occupancy of rental units at all times and high renewal rate. Oversees completion of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service. Being a Leasing Manager may coordinate promotions to increase number of tenants. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Leasing Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Leasing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. To be a Leasing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Hall Equipment Overhaul & Leasing, LLC. is currently looking for a full-time Truck Upfitter. The position is located in Ellwood City, Pa. The successful candidate will provide support for the production staff.
Job Details:
Qualified candidates must be able to successfully integrate systems onto a factory chassis such as:
- Power Take-Off Unit
- Hydraulic components (tank, cylinders, lines)
- Assemble wire harnesses
- Wiring and electrical components, to SAE standards
- Avoid pinch points and protect against wear edges
- Scissor lift & associated chassis brackets
- Relocate factory components (ex. exhaust)
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test
- Forklift experience
- Previous experience working with 12V & 24V systems
- Capable of delivering clean installation and finish
- Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions
- Organized, keep track of tools and follow procedures
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Team oriented
