Being a Legal Records Clerk assists in quality checks and proper storage of documents. Coordinates off-site file storage and retrieval. Additionally, Legal Records Clerk provides attorneys and legal staff with requested information. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Legal Records Clerk works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. POSITION OVERVIEW
The Medical Records Clerk conducts high level of bill review, performs billing-insurance functions, financial counseling and follow-up for patients and provides necessary support to providers and other staff.
SCHEDULE AND PAY
This is a full-time (40 hour) position.
Monday - Friday 8-5
Wage starts at $18-$20 an hour depending on experience
