Legal Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from contracts into our database systems.
• Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
• Maintain and update records as needed.
• Perform regular data cleaning and validation tasks.
• Assist with file organization and management.
• Conduct entry tasks as required.
• Provide general clerical support to the team

Qualifications:

• Legal office experience or knowledge of legal terminology is preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with data entry procedures and basic clerical duties.
• Experience in data collection and analysis is preferred
