Being a Legal Recruiter conducts exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Legal Recruiter typically reports to a manager. The Legal Recruiter gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Duties:
- Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the organization
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements
- Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and make informed hiring decisions
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
