Heart to Heart Home Care is seeking a Recruiter to work in our Lakewood/Toms River Office.

The right candidate will have the following skills:

• Must have working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interview, screen and evaluate applicants for staffing placement depending on the immediate needs.
• Obtains all required personnel information from new employees before they are placed on their first case; keeps personnel files current.
• Is responsible for general office duties as assigned.
• Works with Senior Leadership to assure Compliance is met.
• Assists with Orientation of new employees as needed.
• Develop and network connections with various school and programs to foster future candidates.
• Meet deadlines and staffing needs of contacts and clients.
• Ensure all new hire paperwork is in compliance with company and state regulations prior to orientation.
• Communicate and work with applicants throughout the entire hiring process.
• Assist in company recruitment events throughout NJ.
• Must be able to travel to various locations and different satellite offices to meet recruitment needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
