Legal Recruiter jobs in Florence, SC

• Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and other programs
• Previous experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communications skills both oral and written
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
• This position requires the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and re-prioritize daily workload and work with minimum supervision and the ability to establish deadlines, prioritize deadlines, and to meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with hiring departments on best practices for effective postings and for targeting specific talent needs.
• Create and manage postings for all vacancies.
• Participate in proactive recruitment efforts to support vacancies and hard to fill positions.
• Provide navigation assistance for the online Applicant Tracking module and recruitment & selection guidance to our hiring teams and applicants.
• Screen/analyze prospective job seekers to determine the qualified applicants who have specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each posting.
• Employee on-boarding responsibilities include initiating background checks through our 3rd party vendor, sending new offer letters, and on-boarding new hires.
• Ensure new hires get onboarded quickly and efficiently.
• Represent the company to the community (government agencies, schools, NGOs and non-profits) with an aim to develop relationships and increase the available hiring pool.
• Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed and contribute to company strategies and plans
• Travel to multiple offices across Georgia, South Caroline, North Caroline, Kentucky, Ohion and Pennsylvania with occasional trips to other areas. Travel can be up to 60% at times.
