JOB PURPOSE:
Perform functions to lead the full cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring, using various resources and recruiting technology, including job boards, social media networks and employee referrals.

Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience and/or Training:
Technology/Equipment: Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS:
Sitting for long periods of time, 6-8 hours per day. Walking, speaking, hearing seeing. Listen and observe the environment for hazard prevention. Use hands for tools and typing.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor office working environment. Office is temperature-controlled all year round. Minimal hazards identified.
