Being a Legal Recruiter conducts exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Legal Recruiter typically reports to a manager. Essential Job Functions:
Interface with all levels of organization personnel and diverse group of health care executives to assist in all aspects of the corporations legal matters
Prepare and manage correspondence and documents related to corporations collection process
Assist with preparation of Probate Court filings and estate claims
Coordinate with management, employees and General Counsel pertaining to subpoenas and court orders
Interface with various courts and administrative agencies related to filings and scheduling
Assist with filing of court or administrative agency documents
Maintenance of accurate schedules for all court appearances and phone conferences
Assist outside counsel occasionally with discovery or document requests.
Assist with the maintenance of logs and documents related to potential liability and compliance claims
Assist with and coordinate special projects as requested by General Counsel
Track and maintain workers compensation & OSHA files
Help with organization and maintenance of corporate contract archiving
Cover front desk reception duties for lunch and vacation coverage
Perform other related duties as directed by the CEO or General Counsel
