Our clients include large and mid-cap companies and AmLaw 200 firms and Boards of Directors, as well as Chief Legal Officers and Senior Level Law Firm Partners.

Please see yourself as a professional; as both a consultant and marketer who is smart, persuasive, and motivated to win! An engaging telephone manner, including clear diction, is essential, as is a corporate demeanor to participate in extensive video meetings.

Skill sets most needed: soft sales personality to make outreaches for business development, savvy negotiator, and dealmaker, and have what it takes to move the needle over the finish line.

Compensation base $50K success-based bonuses.

The candidate will work on all aspects of the business, which include searches, career coaching, research and development, and related database administration.

Law degree preferred, but will consider experienced legal recruiter or prior big-firm para-legal experience.

This is an in-office position that allows remote work from time to time. The company's offices are located in Midtown in New York City. Kindly ensure that you include compensation expectations.
