Multi-state legal recoveries firm is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to join our rapidly growing litigation & post-judgment team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail for the legal team
• Prepare, review and assemble all legal documents
• Assist with docket management
• Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and process servers
• Track and receive all media, affidavits, and pleadings
• Generate and track all judgment documents
• Enter all applicable information into the firm's case management system

Qualified candidates must be energetic, reliable, detail oriented, be able to prioritize in order to meet goals and possess good problem solving skills. Applicants should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Database Management systems. Collections or law firm experience a plus.
