As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
2. Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.
