We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support. The The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:.

• Organize and maintain case files.
• Prepare correspondence to clients and other parties.
• Maintain contact with clients, witnesses, and other parties to the case.
• Intake client information
• Fax, mailings and operate office equipment.
• Communication with adjustors, doctor's offices, and clients.
• Order medical records and billing.
• Daily office tasks.
• Spanish/English Interpreting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
