What will be expected of you in this position?

• Greet and assist applicants
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates
• Contact candidates
• Conduct interviews
• Answer and make phone calls
• Match qualified candidates with open positions
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA
• Communicate with clients regarding positions and applicants
• Input data into system
• Maintain correspondence and good relationships with clients and applicants
• Word processing and creating/updating spreadsheets
• Photocopying and scanning
• Communicating via email to coworkers and clients
• Monitoring office inventory and maintaining all records
• Conducting talent research and identify risk

What experience do you need?

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to type 45 WPM

• Great organizational and nd time management skills

Pay Rate: $12.00 / HR. - $24.00 / HR.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
