Starting Pay Range: $56K - $68K/year

This position is ON-SITE with hybrid flexibility

Your Day-to-Day As A Senior Recruiter With Us:

• Having a keen eye for top-tier talent in various departments such as guest services, entertainment, gaming, IT, culinary, bingo, etc.
• Building connections with candidates and hiring managers through the entire recruitment journey of becoming a part of the Turning Stone Enterprises family.
• Considering yourself as an “Intricate Organizer”, with candidate workflow, protocols and procedures, and fulfillment deadlines.

To Be Successful As A Senior Recruiter, You’ll Need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience in recruiting for a variety of talent opportunities.
• Experience in recruiting tools and job boards similar to UKG, ApplicantPro, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
• A go-getter attitude towards filling a multitude of opportunities and aiding candidates to their first work day with us.
