Legal Recruiter jobs in Vincennes, IN

Looking for a self-motivated individual that can be relied upon to work independently and recruit for the Putnam/Vigo County and surround areas. Ideal candidate would be willing to work 20 hours a week sourcing candidate to place at local manufacturing facility. Hours need to be spread at throughout the week during business hours of 8a-5pm (some exceptions might be acceptable). Candidate needs to be local to the Greencastle area and willing to talk with the community via social media and in person to gain interest. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to find people for employment. We are needing someone that can provide our office viable candidates that have never worked at client location or can be approved to return.

Hours: 8am-5pm but can flex due to recruiting schedule/strategy

Pay: 16.00 HR (As an added incentive- one-time placement fee of 25.00 per person that is hired. These payments would be made on top of normal paycheck. Associate needs to be active on 11th day to qualify)
