Legal Receptionist: Part-time Legal Receptionist needed in a growing but small law firm located in downtown Kalamazoo.

CBH Attorneys & Counselors, PLLC is a boutique law firm specializing in Bankruptcy Law, Business Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, and Tax Law. We are looking for a part-time, motivated, and personable individual to assist our team by providing key office administration tasks.

Pay: $17-$20 per hour dependent upon experience.

Part Time Hours would be determined based on Employee’s preference. Hours can be flexible.

Job Responsibilities include:

· Answer and direct all incoming calls and voicemails for both Kalamazoo & Grand Rapids office

· Open and close client files

· Assist all walk-in traffic and scheduled appointments

· Process daily mail

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Manage Attorneys’ calendars

· Transcribe dictation from Attorneys.

· Draft correspondence for both Paralegals and Attorneys

· Assist with projects and other clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 1-2 years office experience preferred but not required. We are seeking a candidate with excellent time management skills who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at a time. Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word. Candidate must also be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a team environment. *Dictation experience is ideal.
