Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a vital role that requires excellent organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Serve as a personal assistant to management as needed

Qualifications:

- Must be Bilingual. ( English and Spanish )
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to type accurately
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles is preferred
