Qualifications

• Qualified applicant will be detail-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
• Prior law office experience and/or paralegal experience is preferred
• Professional manner, punctuality and reliability are essential

Knowledge/Skills Requirements

• Ability to write and speak clearly and effectively
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook and PDF editing software
• Ability to learn quickly, assess situations and make solid judgments
• Candidate must be self-motivated, with ability to work independently
• Able to maintain a positive and professional attitude under stress
• Excellent phone and people skills are required, and
• Ability to work in a small team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
