Located: 376 Hartford Turnpike, Hampton, Connecticut

EASTCONN's Division of Technology Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Secretary. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This is a part-time position with no benefits.

Position responsibilities include:

• Data entry
• Fiscal record keeping
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications:

• Associates Degree plus one year related work experience or a H.S Diploma plus three years of related work experience. (will consider reasonable alternative combination of education and experience)
• Ability to thrive within diverse teams and serve people with diverse backgrounds
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to complete data-entry tasks utilizing web-based systems, maintain accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced environment
• Time/Task management and the ability to work independently
• Proficient in handling email and electronic communucations
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
