Legal Secretary jobs in Parkersburg, WV

Jackson Kelly PLLC is seeking a full time Legal Secretary for the Morgantown, West Virginia office. This position will be responsible for providing secretarial support in various practice group areas and will be cross trained to support both the litigation and business practice groups. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of recent secretarial experience, possess a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of organizational skills while working in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and be skilled at proofreading. A Bachelor's Degree and previous experience working with a Document Management System is preferred.
