In LITTLE FALLS (Passaic County), NJ: Our client - well-established, regional law practice servicing corporate entities, business owners, leaders, and similar global operators worldwide - is searching for a on a contract (and potentially contract-to-hire basis). The ideal candidate for this role will bring at least three (3 ) years of experience, and be comfortable handling transcription and drafting of correspondence, letters, minutes, pleadings, contracts, and other varied legal documents. Position involves filing and indexing documents, assisting with discovery prep, processing expense reports and more. Role is IN OFFICE (fully). - Proficiency in database management

- Adeptness in Project Scheduling

- General familiarity with calendar managements and scheduling appointments

- Comprehensive knowledge of Distribute Minutes

- Commercial real estate experience

- Meeting Minutes experience required

- Legal knowledge experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling

- Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience highly desired

- Practical knowledge of contracts

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- 5 years of prior relevant experience

- Knowledgeable in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures

- Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable

- Understanding of and experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus

- Skilled at time management
