The ideal candidate for this role will bring at least three (3 ) years of experience, and be comfortable handling transcription and drafting of correspondence, letters, minutes, pleadings, contracts, and other varied legal documents. - Proficiency in database management
- Adeptness in Project Scheduling
- General familiarity with calendar managements and scheduling appointments
- Comprehensive knowledge of Distribute Minutes
- Commercial real estate experience
- Meeting Minutes experience required
- Legal knowledge experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of scheduling
- Typing 45 - 60 words per minute experience highly desired
- Practical knowledge of contracts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Knowledgeable in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures
- Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable
- Understanding of and experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus
- Skilled at time management
