Our expanding law practice is looking for a paralegal with strong knowledge of all aspects of Family law who can hit the ground running as we build our perfect team.

You will be a member of a dynamic and developing team. Applicants must be experienced, well-organized professionals who can work with minimal supervision and contribute to the team.
Because this is a full-time position, you must work 40 hours a week in the office (as soon as it is safe to do so). Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with the option of obtaining bonus compensation for excellent performance.

Compensation:
$68,000 - $78,000
Responsibilities:-
Keep case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible
- Create various legal papers, letters, affidavits, and pleadings such as complaints, interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, pretrial orders, and legal briefs
- Organize, manage, and evaluate discovery and records
- Track and calculate progress on all deliverables to meet deadlines
- Examine and prepare all financial disclosures and statements
Qualifications:-
Must agree to complete a 20-question written interview that tests knowledge, skills, qualifications, habits, and behaviors (including attention to detail, communication skills, and technical legal knowledge) to be considered for this position
- Experience with standard office management software: internet, email, word processing, case management, time & billing, legal research, document management
- Must have excellent time-management skills, and organizational skills
- Familiarity using standard office equipment such as a scanner, copier, and printer
