As Receptionist at Fair Fee Legal Services, you are the first point of contact with our clients and are responsible for providing prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous service.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Answering a high volume of calls, text messages and emails, and responding to voicemails
• Greeting and seating clients in a timely manner
• Scheduling appointments, taking payments, and preparing bankruptcy forms
• General upkeep of the front office and waiting area

We are offering:

• 5 paid sick days per calendar year (prorated based on hire date)
• 10 paid vacation days per calendar year (prorated based on hire date)

• Biweekly bonuses based on performance

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to work full time at our office location, 8751 W Charleston Blvd.
• Will be necessary to complete the Fair Fee Legal Services online job application (https://forms.gle/SaEx4B8tPMvvHE7H7). This will require a bit of time as there is a typing assessment involved. • Bilingual in Spanish is an asset, but not required.
• Fast typing is an asset, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
