Reporting to the Senior Vice president, Co-Chief Lending Officer-Consumer and Asset Recovery/Collections, the VP of Consumer Lending develops, implements, and oversees the credit union's consumer lending programs, processes, and teams, including direct and indirect lending. This position is responsible for the growth of the Credit Union's consumer loan portfolio by creating a frictionless member experience and through delivery of operational excellence in all facets of the
loan origination cycle. In addition, this position will ensure compliance with credit union consumer lending policies; assist in development of consumer lending policy; and manage consumer lending activity to meet credit union goals and objectives.
