This position is for a Spanish Speaking Loan Partner to a high producing LO in Miami Dade County. Originate your own loans and make great money being a Loan Partner. MUST SPEAK SPANISH. Our technology stack is designed to streamline your workflow and enhance your efficiency. It includes the Encompass LOS, SimpleNexus for a user-friendly point of sale experience, Velocify CRM with Mortgage Marketing Automation to keep your leads organized, and Mortgage Coach for providing your clients with valuable insights and comparisons.

What We Require:

While we provide unwavering support and a comprehensive suite of resources, we also have expectations for our team members. This is a remote position, and we do not provide leads. However, we do offer highly competitive commission-based compensation, allowing you to reap the rewards of your efforts.

If you're a Branch Manager, we offer multi-Branch P&L opportunities that allow you to set your margins for excellent profits. You can even bring your team, Loan Officer Assistants, and Processors to maximize your business's potential. We welcome Non-Producing Managers as well.

TLC Licensed States:

We are licensed in 19 states ensuring we can serve clients in Alabama (AL), Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), Georgia (GA), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Maryland (MA), Missouri (MO), New Mexico (NM), North Carolina (NC), Oklahoma (OK), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), and Texas (TX), Virginia (VA).

What You Must Bring to the Table:

To thrive with TLC, you must have current registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). An MLO State License and 2 year experience as a self gen Loan Officer.
