    Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

    Your Role

    The Lending Manager supports all aspects of our in-house lending program which is designed to assist our franchises with growing their business. This role is unique as you will interact on a regular basis with franchise owners to improve their financial position and assist with profitable growth, especially new owners. You will work with franchise owners to provide a good foundation that will guide them to build strong financial acumen during all stages of their business.


    What Youll Do in This Role


    Financial Support 80%

    • Assist franchise owners with managing their debt and growing their business through a budgeting process.
    • Analyze individual franchise debt levels and assist in identifying issues and corrective actions needed to reduce/eliminate their debt. Follow up on established goals and ensure accountability.
    • Understand business drivers, strategies, and benchmarks to provide coaching to franchises to improve cash flow, profitability and improve KPIs.
    • Execute franchise owner training related to the lending program as needed.
    • Responsible for collecting, storing, verifying, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify patterns and provide actionable insights to help franchise owners make data-driven decisions.
    • Ability to organize data related to revenue, payroll, and all other expenses and create reports that provide predictions based on the analyzed data.
    • Implement new policies and procedures as needed based on direction from the Sr. Director of Lending.


    Relationship Development 20%

    • Partner with franchise owners and home office team members to support the franchise network regarding financial acumen and the lending program, especially focused on new franchise owners and those with less than a year in business.

    Qualifications/Knowledge:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred
    • 5 years of relevant experience in lending or banking preferred
    • Franchising experience preferred but not required
    • Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Deeply passionate about our mission and can articulate why

    The Office Environment:

    As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
