Ensures adherence to regulations, bank credit policies, and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Lending Officer work is closely managed.     Job Duties:

    • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
    • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external distribution.
    • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup.
    • Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making and project management.
    • Assist with project coordination and follow-up, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating communication.
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
    • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

    Prior Qualifications:

    • A sports background or experience working on teams is preferred.
    • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization.
    • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
