Letter of Credit Officer obtains necessary information to process and complete letters of credit and related financial transactions. Verifies all documentation for accuracy and completeness. Being a Letter of Credit Officer ensures all credit data is evaluated and adheres to bank policies and procedures in order to approve or deny applications. Provides support to lending officers and trade specialists. Additionally, Letter of Credit Officer may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Letter of Credit Officer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.     Direct Mail Lettershop Mechanic

    Job Summary:

    The Mechanics job is to set up, maintain and repair mailing equipment. This is a hands-on position where you will be directly involved with the day-to-day maintenance, setup, and repair work.

     

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and repair mailing equipment

    • Responsible for making sure maintenance is performed

    • Keep machines up and running for operators at all times

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Strong mechanical capabilities.

    • Some electrical skills required

    • Creative and resourceful trouble shooting skills

    • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment

    • Prior hands-on experience with Pitney Bowes, Blue Crest or Bell & Howell inserters is a must.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     


    Education and Experience:

    • Prior hands-on experience with Pitney Bowes, Blue Crest or Bell & Howell inserters is a must.

    • At least five years of related experience required.

    • Working knowledge of the following additional equipment and manufactures: Tabbers, MBO folders, GBR sheet feeders, Inkjets, Strappers, Stampers, Motors a plus

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods standing.

    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
