Letter of Credit Officer jobs in Salisbury, NC

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Send, receive, and acknowledge all credit applications.
• Send bank reference/financial reference requests to customer banking institutions; if applicable.
• Retrieve Secretary of State information for pending customers.
• Pull a Dun and Bradstreet report for all pending customers.
• Update and manage the credit application log.
• Review sales tax exempt customers, update their sales tax exemption certificate on file, and send all information over to the Sales Tax Accountant.
• Other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• One to three years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• Intermediate computer skills required: Excel, Outlook, ERP system, etc.
• Strong customer service, communication skills, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet department and company goals.

• Regularly required to sit at desk in an office environment.
