Pelican Bay Foundation is the premier luxury community in Naples, FL. We are seeking a Full Time Banquet Set Up Attendant to join our Community Center Team, in Naples, FL.

The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and two private beachfront restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land.

This position is responsible for the daily set up of the Community Center including Clay Court Tennis Maintenance, opening procedures, meeting and event set up and take down, light custodial, entrance upkeep, vacuuming, and overall building upkeep with weekly monthly and quarterly building duties. 

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Set up and break down meeting rooms according to requested layout (including beverages)
• Inspect and clean all rooms before next scheduled meeting
• Inspect and maintain all public areas during the shift to ensure cleanliness
• Clean AC vents, fan blades, windows in bottom floor foyer, and remove cobwebs as necessary
• Clean maintain building lights, walls and floors as needed
• Prepare the 8 clay tennis courts at the Community Center as an opening shift

• Ability to read and deliver verbal communication effectively
• Positive, well-mannered attitude and demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and reach and stand for extended periods of time
