Job Summary:

SUNFORCE SOLAR LLC, a leading solar energy solutions provider, is seeking self-motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Solar Appointment Setters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base by generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for our solar energy consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Door Knocking: Go door to door to qualify prospects and set appointments.
• Qualify Leads: Engage with prospects to determine their solar energy needs and assess their eligibility for solar installation.
• Educate Prospects: Provide information about the benefits of solar energy, address queries, and explain the advantages of choosing SUNFORCE SOLAR LLC as their solar solutions provider.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for solar energy consultants to conduct in-depth consultations with interested customers.
• Maintain CRM: Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Meet Targets: Work towards and achieve monthly and quarterly appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or interest in solar energy and sustainable practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Persistent and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Pay: $40,624.00 - $75,499.00 per year
