Customer Service Associate

Job Overview

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing any of the following:

Administrative, Sales, Basic Financial, and Computer Literate and IT abilities

This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote products or services.

Key Responsibilities

● Provide prompt and courteous customer support via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

● Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

● Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and feedback from customer interactions.

● Educate customers on relevant financial solutions and benefits.

● Navigate and utilize various computer systems, software, and tools to assist customers effectively.

● Clearly and concisely communicate information to customers.

● Analyze and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree ( or in process)

● Proven experience in customer service and sales roles.

● Understanding of basic financial products and services

● Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and financial software.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Detail-oriented and organized.

● Adaptability to learn and navigate systems and changing environments

Job Type: Full-time

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Wyncote, PA 19095: Relocate before starting work (Required)
