CupLux is a drive-thru-only craft coffee shop, and we are currently looking for some awesome baristas to join our team as we expand our operations.

Baristas are responsible for preparing beverages and other food items for guests. They must be able to work quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

The Basics:

● Be available for at least 3 shifts a week (24 hours total), Sundays and afternoon availability required to be considered for the position.

● Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts.
● Make coffee, tea, espresso drinks, and smoothies, and prep bakery items.
● The barista is also responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the work area and equipment.
● Attend mandatory shop meetings and training
● Maintain a clean, orderly, and fun working environment
● Speak clearly and provide a positive, efficient, and accurate transaction.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 28 per week
