      • Demonstrated expertise with instructional, informational and library management technologies
      • Demonstrated knowledge of current teaching and learning research, and its application to grade level curriculum
      • Ability to use available statistics and other data to make program development decisions regarding the library collection and program
      • Demonstrated knowledge of standards for information and technology literacy, including the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and American Association of School Librarians (AASL) standards.
