Library Services Coordinator oversees library service offerings designed to meet the needs of a specific user population. Ensures resource availability and implements new programs to meet service gaps. Being a Library Services Coordinator assists groups and individuals in locating, delivery, and obtaining materials. Establish and maintains cooperative agreements between the college and area libraries. Additionally, Library Services Coordinator graduates from an ALA-accredited school. Requires a master's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Library Services Coordinator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Immediate opening for a salaried, exempt In-Home Services Coordinator position in Charleston office.
Position entails Monday through Friday, 8-4 schedule with after hours, holiday and weekend calls to staff cases. Computer expertise in Excel, spread sheets, Microsoft Work, and other software operating systems are a requirement along with ability to recruit, hire, and supervise caregivers. A four-year or two-year degree in the human services field is highly preferred. Experience in the HR field such as interviewing and hiring skills required.
