Description
The Training Coordinator will collaborate with the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and program leadership to provide a variety of trainings related to staff development and professional growth, effective communication, and wellness and self-care. In addition, special attention will be given to the Agency's needs around supervisory development and training. This position will also be responsible for managing and implementing external training contracts and will assist and support the Director of Clinical Training with carrying out those external training initiatives. The Training Coordinator will support the Agency's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) work and is a thought partner in developing specialized trainings for staff development related to DEI.

Requirements
