JOB SUMMARY
Under general direction of the Director of Community Services, performs professional and administrative duties in planning, developing, implementing, and directing public library services for the Little Elm Public Library. These duties include budget preparation, evaluation, personnel, collection development, community relations, programming and facility maintenance.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or related filed. Master’s degree in Library Science or Information Services from an American Library Association accredited college or university required; five years of professional library experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.
