Oversees professional and support staff involved in cataloging, indexing, issuing books/materials, and keeping records of items on loan. Being a Library Services Director selects books and publications for purchase and subscribes to pertinent periodicals as allowed for by the given budget. Requires master's of library and information science from an ALA-accredited school. Additionally, Library Services Director typically reports to top management. The Library Services Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Library Services Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. As the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services, you'll oversee CV Recovery, Cardiovascular Services, and the Electrophysiology Lab. Your responsibilities include managing operations efficiently, integrating services for comprehensive care, implementing quality initiatives, strategic planning, physician relations, marketing, financial accountability, and ensuring safety standards compliance.🩺 Job Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certifications
- Must have one of the following: ARRT, RN, RCIS, or RCES certification
- BSN required, MSN or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical cardiovascular leadership experience
- Ideal candidate has extensive Cath Lab and EP experience with years in leadership roles
