Part-time Librarian
$8.00 to $15.00 per hour depending upon experience and qualifications. Starting at $10.00 per hour for 90 day provisional period.

Includes days, evening and weekend hours, schedule variable.

Duties Include: circulation, reader’s advisory and reference service, organization responsibilities, assistance with planning, preparing, promoting, and presenting children’s and/or adult programming, other tasks as needed. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age. High school diploma with College Course Work, Associates Degree or higher preferred or in compliance with State of Iowa Endorsement and Accreditation requirements. Creativity, flexible thinker, detail oriented, follow written and verbal directions, prioritize tasks, work in a team environment, positive attitude, remain focused in a distracting environment, ability to maintain patron confidentiality, work independently.
