THIS IS AN ON-CALL SUBSTITUTE POSITION. SUBSTITUTES ARE NEEDED THROUGHOUT JACKSON COUNTY TO WORK IN ALL 15 BRANCHES. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OF HOURS, EMPLOYEES IN THIS CLASSIFICATION WILL CLAIM SHIFTS AND WORK UP TO 29 HOURS PER WEEK.

THE POSITION
The Library Associate position performs front-line customer service and a variety of moderately complex technical and paraprofessional duties in support of various sections or functions of the library, primarily at the Circulation or other service desk.
