As a strategic Director of Operations for Consulting and Technical Assistance, this role will spearhead the seamless execution of day-to-day operations, leveraging your expertise in equity-focused, trauma-responsive practices. The Director of Operations for Consulting and Technical Assistance’s strategic vision will drive the customer engagement life cycle, coordination of resources, and management of internal business support relationships. The Director of Operations for Consulting and Technical Assistance will work closely with the Vice President to ensure progress towards strategic goals, and accountability and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders. Your commitment to excellence will be evident as you advance the work of the Consulting and Technical Assistance team to promote excellent customer and staff satisfaction.
