Administrative Assistant (Technical Services) - TYMETAL Corp.

TYMETAL Corp. has a fast-paced opportunity for an administrative professional to work closely with our Technical Service team in our Greenwich, NY office. This individual will help with sales order entry, parts ordering, customer service and electronic filing of sales and service documents.

Responsibilities of our Administrative Asst:

• Set up new customers in our ERP system and within Salesforce.
• Accurately enter sales orders into our ERP system.
• Link equipment sold to the end user and/or vendor in Salesforce.
• Manage all new work orders received through Service Channel, entering data into a shared spreadsheet and creating the sales order.
• Monitor all ongoing work orders, updating work order statuses in the spreadsheet, sales order and in Service Channel, ensuring work order status is updated to "complete" when work is done.
• Generate purchase orders to pay subcontractors as needed.
• Invoice customers as soon as order status is updated to "complete" in Service Channel.
• Electronic filing of sales and service documents.

Qualifications of our Administrative Asst:

• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Experience with multiple database programs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with document management systems.
