    The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified.     Required qualifications:

    Master's degree in social work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE). Washington Advanced Social Worker License upon hire. Or Washington Advanced Social Worker Temporary License upon hire. Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License upon hire. Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Temporary License upon hire. Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate License upon hire. Or Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker Associate Temporary License upon hire. Or Washington Social Worker Certificate 2 years Post master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.

    Preferred qualifications:

    Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
