Responsibilities include:- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Provide services like individual, group, and family therapy
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Provide great customer service by working at least 1 weeknight and/or Saturday
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Bring awesome ideas to the table for topics like groups, outreach, and partnerships
REQUIRED Qualifications and Skills:- Must have a master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university
- Candidates must be a NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker
- 3 years or more of clinical experience
- Experience with completing evaluations, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
- Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels

- Working with older adults 65

Compensation: $60,000-78,000 per year
